Christopher arrived to pump out our septic tank. He already had put in over 11 hours that day. Extremely nice young man who went right to work. He was extremely knowledgeable about the issues of septic tank maintenance and willingly shared his knowledge. As we stood out in the cold drizzle, he explained the process he was going through and why. There is more tech to this than what I ever imagined. Later today, B&B will be coming out to clear our main line. I have decided that B&B will be the team I call for all my drain problems. From the courteous and friendly gals in the office to the techs in the field, this company serves its customers well. Not something you find too often.

Due to my late grandfather's insistence on using Milan businesses when posible, gave these guys a try. Kitchen sink drain plugged and Logan the tech was able to get it unclogged in less than an hour. Friendly, reasonable, published prices. Hopefully won't need them again, but would call them for sure if we do.

I called this morning for a slow floor drain in our basement (washer & kitchen sink). Told the young lady that it was no hurry. They were here the same day & spent over 2 hours! Did an amazing job & cleaned everything up. I'm so happy and definitely will continue to use them in the future!!!

Nick came to my house last night and also again today to make sure he had got all the roots cut out of my pipes as he brought back a new sharp 5 inch blade. (Other places would of just figured that was good enough, believe me I've had those other places before and 7 months later the problem was there again) The sewer back up was terrible. Flooded my laundry room. He was very nice and explained what he was doing as he preceded. His clean up was great when he was done. Nick was very kind and considerate and did a wonderful job. Called B&B today, we had a backed up sewer drain! We were told they had several calls but would be to our home around noon. We received a courtesy call that they were on the way. Sean, ( I think was his name) worked until the line was open. Gave us some tips to keep the line clear, gave other options, check things out with a camera, jet the line. He was great! Thanks B & B!
